Each source PDF gets its own folder inside a ZIP archive. This keeps split files organized and avoids filename conflicts when many PDFs are processed together.
That file is marked as failed while the rest of the queue can continue. We do not silently truncate ranges, because that can produce incorrect legal, school, or office documents.
