Rules for using OnePDFs

The basic permissions, responsibilities, limitations, and acceptable-use rules for OnePDFs tools.

Using the service

By using OnePDFs, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not upload, open, or process files with the service.

You may use the tools for lawful personal or business document work. You must have the rights and permissions needed to access, modify, convert, remove protection from, or remove watermarks from each document.

Prohibited use

  • Do not use OnePDFs to violate copyright, privacy, confidentiality, export, sanctions, or other applicable law.
  • Do not bypass access controls on files you are not authorized to open.
  • Do not upload malware, disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.
  • Do not present a visible signature, visual cover, or automated detection result as stronger legal or security proof than it is.

Your files and outputs

You retain your rights in your documents. You give OnePDFs only the limited permission needed to process server-side features you intentionally request.

PDF conversion, compression, watermark detection, OCR, redaction assistance, and annotation export can be imperfect. Keep the original file and inspect every page, link, field, signature, and hidden text layer in the output before relying on it.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every file, browser, layout, font, form, or legal workflow will work perfectly. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

To the extent permitted by law, the OnePDFs team is not liable for indirect losses, lost data, missed deadlines, or decisions made from an unverified output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
